Only natural products are used in the clarification of wine, which is later cold stabilised in order to achieve an excellent clean wine. The winery holds a cross-flow filter which confers organoleptic respect upon wine and provides a microfiltration prior to the bottling process so as to avoid possible precipitations or particulate matter suspended in the wine. As a result, quality and presentation are thereby guaranteed.
