The vintage (crianza) cellar has American, French and Hungarian oak barriques, all of which are made of medium-toast new wood. It holds an automatic temperature control system which maintains a constant temperature of 16º C all year long as well as a 70 % humidity level.

Our main aim is to find the perfect balance between fruit and wood in order to respect the varietal character of every wine. The ageing is completed in bottles stored in bottle racks where the wine rests and gains roundness.
