WINE MAKING
This wine comes from the Syrah grape variety organically grown, which ensures a maximum control over the grapes.

The vineyard is tradicionally farmed under the sun of the Spanish region of La Mancha. When the ripening process of the grapes comes to its end, they are harvested. Eventually, the wine will be macerated and fermented at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. This allows the extraction of all its fruity aromas.

El cultivo del viñedo se realiza de forma tradicional bajo el sol manchego. Al concluir el proceso de maduración de la uva, se lleva a cabo su recolección y posteriormente, realizamos una maceración y fermentación a temperatura controlada en depósitos de acero inoxidable, permitiendo la extracción de todos sus aromas frutales.

TASTING NOTE
Its brilliant dark red colour reminds of ripe red fruit. Very good on the palate: smooth, warm, medium-bodied wine with the correct acidity and soft and round attack.
