WINE MAKING
Prior de Castilla rosé is a wine from Syrah and Bobal grapes.

The Mediterranean weather conditions together with a slight tendency to continentalization and moderate rainfall in Spring combine to ripe healthy grape. Once the grape is in the winery, it is cold macerated and fermented at controlled temperature so as to maintain all the aromas and freshness of the wine. Finally, the free-run juice is extracted.

TASTING NOTE
Bright and clean wine of deep lively pink colour. It boasts fruity aromas reminding of strawberries, predominating rose and violet aroma. Silky on the mouth and gentle on the palate. This well-balanced wine leaves a very fruity final sensation, which causes a truly gentle, fresh wine easy to drink.
